We are a boutique business development consultancy that was launched in 2020 to help ambitious organisations to succeed and grow. Based in the Southern Highlands of Scotland, we work across the UK and in a number of international markets.
We work with businesses & organisations to design and mobilise major projects, expansion programmes and engineer major initatives. As well as providing high performance management capacity and skills where and when required.
At Glen Ogle Partners we work with a limited number of clients to ensure that the service we provide is focused, adding value at every stage and delivering measurable results.
Ideally, we'll feel like an extension of your own team, but with the resources, experience and access that you might not possess internally. Ultimately, we'd like to get to know your business, or organisation, as well you do. Helping you to think, plan and act in a way that keeps you one step ahead of your customers, markets and competitors.
How We Work
All of our projects are led by our Managing Partner, Alastair MacColl, supported by a range of industry leading associates specialising in finance, communications, economic development, marketing and project management.

Alastair spent the first part of his career leading award winning daily newspaper and multi-media businesses for the Daily Mail and General Trust Plc and Trinity Mirror Plc. He went on to become the founding CEO and Chairman of the BE Group ( now UMi) a major employee owned company which works with governments, corporates and tens of thousands of SME's across the UK. Specialising in large scale economic development contracts. /projects. As well as leading the team at Glen Ogle Partners, Alastair holds a number of non-executive positions and has chaired the board of several UK Universities.
His networks and experience spans across business, government, media and education.
